Description
Honigmann Computer Control - Precision Friction Meter
The software HCC-F in combination with the HONIGMANN µ-Meter provides automated, precision measurement of the coefficient of friction at fibers and yarns.

Running on the Windows® platform HCC-F offers complete, high-level functionality for
  control of 
    - the HONIGMANN HCC µ-Meter
    - the thread take-off device FAG
    - and other peripheral units
  on-line data acquisition and analysis,
  automatic documentation and output of the results.

HCC-F offers all advantages of a graphic user interface. Control, measurement processes and presentation of the results can be handled quickly and efficiently with a minimum of operator effort, thanks to the automatic sequencing.
The concept behind the overall system is consistently targeted on working to the specific testing standards (e.g. ASTM) and quality standards (e.g. DIN/ISO 900x). When recording the individual measurements not only the final results will be stored but all the peripheral parameters as well, e.g. tension F1/F2, take-off speed, measuring period, date, operator, temperature, relative humidity etc.

  initialize mode: measurement without storing,

  standard statistics of overall measurment and zoom view
    (mean, maximum, minimum, standard deviation)
  zoom, cursor and filter functions
  envelope function for Stick-Slip analysis
  limit analysis
  FFT: integrated frequency analysis gives frequency and ampliude spectrum
  filter functions with adjustable cut-off frequencies
  optional comments for measurements and parameters
