The measuring amplifier Tensiomin is provided with an analog meter.
Because of the mechanical inertia of the meter, the dynamic parts of the tension signal exceeding
approx. 2Hz are not displayed with the correct amplitude (see lower exemplary graphic).
As this effect is getting stronger at increasing frequency, the loss of important information regarding the parts of tension signal at higher frequencies could be the result.
In many processes, e.g.
- spinning
- weaving
- texturizing etc.
especially the tension peaks and their frequency of occurrence give important information.
The additional display DynGraph - based on LED-technology - works without delay and shows correct amplitudes up to high frequencies.
It offers - additional to the mean value of the analog meter - the information on the dynamic.
