Radial force measuring axle RFS® 150 E
with built-in amplifier
   designed as a single-roller system
  integrated measuring amplifier 0-10V or 0/4-20mA
  robust, for a wide variety of applications and easy to adapt
  independent of the force introduction point / lever arm
  available in 19 rated load ranges:
    0 to 1N   ... 0 to 5N          LR - Low Range
    0 to 10N ... 0 to 600N      SR - Standard Range
    0 to 1kN                          HR - High Range
    0 to 2kN                          XR - eXtended Range

Description
The radial force sensor RFS® 150 E is based on the well-established construction of the sensor RFS® 150 and additionally offers an integrated measuring amplifier.
Using the optional current output this sensor is excellently suitable for use in rotating areas
(e.g. strander). The current signal is transmitted across slip ring contacts to the non-rotating machine part.

Special features
•  integrated measuring amplifier for compact mounting into the application
  direct input power supply of 24V DC
  voltage output 0 to ±10V or optional current output 0/4 to +20mA
  existing reversing points can be adapted as measuring points
  overload protection up to 800%
  independent of the force introduction point,
   i.e. the sensor is not affected by lever arm action
  no influence of any axial tilt torques or direct axial forces which might appear
  suitable for use in rotating areas
  centrifugal force will take no affect with optimal alignment in rotating purposes
  robust, stainless steel housing
  thought-through concept of housing for simple mounting
  suitable to design small measuring rollers
