Description | |
The sensors in this series are designed to measure tensile forces in threads. They find applications in spinning mills, texturizing operations, research laboratories, weaving mills, knitting mills, yarn spinning plants etc. The slim design in addition to the long measuring fingers enables the user to measure at narrow available space and difficult accessible, distant locations.
Thread guides The non-rotating ceramic thread guides have a gentle surface with low coefficient of friction.
|
on the left: • structured surface (orange peel) - especially for flat yarn on the right: • polished surface - e.g. for texturized yarn | Threading function The shiftable thread guiding device FFA in combination with the guiding bracket offers comfortable and, precise threading, gently to the yarn.
|
Special features | |
• easy threading and handling • slim design, long measuring fingers, low interference contour • small yarn deflection angle for - minimum interference to yarn path and twist - low mechanical load to the thread • ceramic thread guides with a surface which is gentle on the threads - low friction and low stress for the yarn even at high speeds • high measuring precision and long-term stability • robust by effective overload protection (1000% related to the rated load) • high natural frequency for use at line speeds > 7000m/min • red thread guides; white thread is optically distinguished from the guide |
