The sensor 136.3-CR is especially designed for tension measurement on carrier ropes in the papermaking process. Three aluminium V-groove pulleys with special geometry and easy running bearings with extremely low friction prevent the rope from damage - even at high line speeds. Very easy and safe handling: Only press the sensor gently against the rope until the 3 guide rollers contact. Very robust: Special overload protection is provided to withstand the repetitive shock each time the splice in the continuous loop passes over the pulley.
